Kokrobite Beach

A large Stone Strong Lager helps get us through the 100 degree heat.

Or was it the 7.5% Guinness Foreign Extra Stout or the Large Star beer?

The Lion of Judah, Star of David and other Rastafarian symbols can be found all over Ghana.

Vân shows some of the beach kids the photo she just took of them.

At Big Milly's Backyard on Kokrobite Beach, a favorite hotel/bar/beach spot for Peace Corps workers in Ghana. African kids were body surfing with planks of wood right in front of Milly's. Big Milly's website boasts, "The village has recently acquired a tarmac road but it stops 1/2 km short of the garden..."

Alternative vehicle in Ghana.
